Terms of Use, Payments, and Cancellation Policy

By using this website or any of our services, you agree to the following terms. Bright Resolutions, LLC and Bright Resolutions ADR Group provide non-attorney mediation, document preparation, and notary services in compliance with Florida law.

1. Non-Attorney Services
Bright Resolutions, LLC and Bright Resolutions ADR Group (BRAG) are not law firms. We do not provide legal advice or representation. Our document preparation, mediation, and notary services are offered in compliance with Florida law and are intended for self-represented individuals only.
2. Use of Content and Intellectual Property
All content, templates, downloads, and visual assets on this site are the exclusive property of BRLLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or alter any materials without written permission. Use of our forms does not grant ownership or resale rights.
3. Payment Policy
All services must be prepaid through our website or an official invoice. Pricing is disclosed before service begins. Failure to submit timely payment may result in cancellation or delay.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for services not yet performed. Refunds are not available for digital products, partially completed services, or missed appointments unless otherwise noted.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 25–50% of the total service cost. No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Third-Party Tools
We use secure third-party platforms such as HoneyBook (for intake and payment), Google Workspace (for communication), and Mailchimp (for email newsletters). By using our services, you also agree to the terms of these platforms.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee the success, approval, or legal effect of any document, mediation session, or process. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Resolutions, LLC and its agents from any legal claims or damages arising from the misuse of our services or materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or documents.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Florida.
11. Policy Updates
We may revise these terms without notice. Continued use of this site or services constitutes agreement to the current version.
